DEBS and SIGNATURE BANK LAUNCH IPORT CASH MANAGEMENT

BIRMINGHAM, AL (June 14, 2005)—Digital Era Banking Services, an eFinance and bank services provider has launched their newest E-banking cash management solution at Signature Bank of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR. The on-line real time module for the Kirchman Bankway™ Unix platform utilizes OLRT Push™. This process "pushes" all transaction activity with descriptive detail from the host to Cash Management and provides up to the minute account transaction activity.

"Businesses demand a reliable, secure and easy to use means to manage their cash, payroll, receivable and payable accounts at their bank. We listened to them and created an internet accessible cash management module that embodies all these challenges in one package", says DEBS President, George Shamburger.

Mike Wingo, EVP Signature Bank of Arkansas, has branded the DEBS Cash Management suite IPort. "Signature opened its doors on May 9, 2005 with a roar. As a bank, we have a commercial focus and this type of product is essential for us to meet baseline customer expectations. DEBS worked with us to design IPort to exceed the expectations of our business clients. Having an e-banking package that interfaced with our core processor and performed on day one was a top priority", Wingo added.
