Features Include New Rate Configurability and Project-Based Requirements

LONDON, 24 January 2005 - Recognising corporations' drive to extend temporary staffing process management, Peopleclick Inc., one of the leading total workforce acquisition providers for global enterprises, today unveiled Version 4.3.1 of its Vendor Management System (VMS). Key elements of the upgrade include rate enhancements, support for international customers and alternative methods for managing contingent labour spend, including project-based and niche market requirements.

"As our clients realise the value in better managing their temporary staff spend, many want to extend the VMS technology into other staffing arenas," said Kathleen V. Barton, Peopleclick's senior vice president of marketing and product management. "New rate configurability and project-based specifications allow clients to support a wide range of staffing needs."

Version 4.3.1's rate enhancements provide increased flexibility, including the ability to pay contractors by contract milestones or units completed (such as meters read or packages delivered). Peopleclick's 80+ clients can now also schedule multiple rates for a single engagement, adapt rate management rules by position and track unique payment categories and timesheet standards.

Additional VMS 4.3.1 enhancements include:

· A new user interface with defined workflows and simplified screen layouts
· Localisation capabilities allowing clients to extend VMS to global, English-speaking populations within their organisation

· New workflow tools to manage information sent to Managed Service Provider users
· Improved tracking of candidate certifications, providing support for the healthcare market
· New options for configuring email notifications
