LISA® Orchestrate is made up of four integrated components and is one of the most comprehensive business process management solutions available on the market.
The four integrated components that make up LISA® Orchestrate are:
1) Data Mapping Tool
2) Business Process Designer
3) Document Designer
4) Document Repository
LISA Orchestrate can be used to define infinite numbers of business processes and services within any type of organisation and has the ability to extract data from the vast majority of existing software systems with which to execute these processes.
Once the data is collated from disparate systems LISA Orchestrate will update the underlying data source such as the main corporate data warehouse. Users who wish to compile a report from the extracted data can use the document designer to present their information exactly to their requirements or design tastes. The document is then available in any format such as PDF or word document and can be filed in the document repository for easy reference.
Paul Foll, Group Sales Director of WMS commented:
'LISA Orchestrate has limitless capabilities in defining, executing and managing business processes whilst linking these to the underlying corporate data and information within an organisation. This is the first of a new generation of .NET products from WMS, which have the benefit of using standard Microsoft messages for 'system plumbing', and are simple to implement and install'.
'For example, a private bank could implement LISA Orchestrate to process all inbound letters from clients and all outbound valuations. LISA Orchestrate allows the user to define the process of responding to client queries, the priority level of these tasks, the timescales by which they must be completed, the form of the written or verbal response and which personnel are assigned to this task. It therefore manages the process from start to finish'
'One of the over riding benefits of LISA Orchestrate is that all four components are integrated and therefore are available in one solution which avoids the user having to purchase separate, costly components, as is the case with several other systems on the market'
'The fact that we have installed LISA Orchestrate in five client sites in five months is testimony to the sheer flexibility and appeal of the solution. Our clients in the financial services sector are now enjoying the benefits of being able to produce automated agent statements, complex client statements and valuations and global client reporting in one easy step rather than having to spend unnecessary time and resource manually massaging multiple disparate systems.'
