London - DST International Billing (DSTi Billing) â the leading provider of innovative customer management and open billing solutions to the utility industry â announced today that Folkestone and Dover Water, Kent, (F&DW) have completed their migration from Custima to its new HiAffinity Customer Care and Billing System. They join companies in the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia and Bulgaria who are already live and who are reaping the benefits from using HiAffinity.
F&DW have been using DSTâs billing software solutions for many years and the move to HiAffinity gives them access to not only the base Customer Billing and Contact System, but also the Executive Reporting database and the Business Rules Engine. As a combined offering these modules will help F&DW streamline the business processes, so important, in delivering quality customer service and complying with regulatory performance standards.
