Centennial Bank Holdings Chooses Fidelity Information Services for Core Processing and Electronic Funds Transfer

HORIZON(TM) Core Processing and EFT Systems to Provide Full Integration and Online, Real-time Customer Information

Jacksonville, FL -- (April 4, 2005) -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc.
(NYSE:FNF), a Fortune 500 provider of products and outsourced services and solutions to financial institutions and the real estate industry, and its Fidelity Information Services ("Fidelity") division today announced an agreement with Centennial Bank Holdings of Ft. Collins, CO, for the installation of the HORIZON core processing system, Fidelity's electronic funds transfer (EFT) processing and related products and services.

This agreement follows the 2004 merger of Centennial Bank Holdings of Ft. Collins, CO, with Guaranty Corporation of Denver, CO. The merger brought the combined assets of the two entities to $2.5 billion and increased total deposits to nearly $1.8 billion. Prior to the merger, Guaranty had been a client of Fidelity's Integrated Financial Solutions division for 11 years running the in-house version of HORIZON.

Centennial, however, had operated a competitor's system in a service bureau environment. The bank opted to convert the entire organization to HORIZON.

"We like the flexibility and efficiency of the system," said Sharon Laurent, executive vice president for Centennial. "Further, HORIZON's sophistication in terms of functionality is important now that we are a larger institution that will continue to grow even more."

HORIZON is a fully integrated core processing solution that helps banks operate more effectively through superior financial reporting, more accurate transaction management and a deeper understanding of their customers. Fidelity's EFT processing network with integrated card management capabilities helps banks generate revenue on ATM and debit card transactions while giving customers convenient access to their funds.

"Our decision to convert the entire combined bank to HORIZON brought us an additional advantage," continued Laurent. "We have been interested in Fidelity's integrated card management capabilities for some time, but hadn't been able to use the application because our ATM/EFT processing provider did not interface with it. As a Fidelity ATM/EFT user, that will all change. We are particularly pleased to be able to now take advantage of the network's online, real-time access to customer balances, transactions and card maintenance. This greatly improves our ability to provide quality customer service."

Fidelity's integrated card management capabilities also eliminate the redundant keying of customer names and addresses, making the information immediately available throughout the organization once it has been entered. In addition, the system facilitates the instant availability of customer transaction history.

"Centennial's vision is to create the premier independent community banking franchise in Colorado," said Jim Susoreny, executive vice president of client relations for Fidelity's Integrated Financial Solutions division. "Similarly, Fidelity's vision is to become the premier provider of technology to the financial services industry. Our clients have been telling us for years that they want the efficiency that comes with dealing with one provider for all their financial technology needs. To that end, our acquisitions over the past year have been strategically designed to assemble and deliver a combination of the best products and services available on the market. Centennial's selection of our HORIZON and EFT solutions will provide them with a single source for the real-time information that will help them better serve their customers."
