FINEOS IS NAMED IRISH EXPORTER OF THE YEAR

Dublin/London, 23rd November 2004 - FINEOS Corporation, the leading innovator of banking and insurance software, has been named by The Irish Exporters Association as 'Exporter of the Year' for 2004. The award was presented at the Exports Awards ceremony in Dublin by the Irish prime minister, Mr. Bertie Ahern.

FINEOS won the accolade after also coming first in the Software and International Services export category. It was named overall winner because of its impressive international performance in developing new business in markets such as Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and for increasing its market share in the highly competitive US market. Offering unique software solutions for the banking and insurance market, the company's revenue for 2003 was in excess of EUR17 million, of which 95% came from exports.

The 'Exporter of the Year Award' is FINEOS's second major industry award in less than a week. The company was also awarded the 'Sales and Marketing Innovation Award' on November 12th at the Irish Software Association's 2004
Industry Awards.
