London, United Kingdom, 5th May 2004: FRS, a global leader in regulatory reporting and financial analytics solutions and a business unit of S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), today announced that Alain Tayenne has been appointed general manager. Tayenne previously held the position of vice president EMEA and APJ at FRS, where he was responsible for the successful growth of the company's regulatory and financial intelligence and analytics business. In addition, FRS has promoted Kieran Leahy, to vice president of global sales with responsibility for the sales of the company's regulatory and financial intelligence and analytics products.
Tayenne will lead the company's expanding relationships with leading global and regional banks for enterprise wide regulatory, performance and risk measurement solutions. FRS currently provides its solutions to 55 of the global 100 and 37 of the top 50 European financial organizations, such as BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING Bank, Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS), PNC Financial Services Group Inc., Union Bank of California and United Overseas Bank (Singapore).

Before joining FRS, Tayenne was financial controller for Axa Bank, based in
Luxembourg, where he was responsible for directing the bank's management and
regulatory reporting, financial controls, accounting and forecasting systems. Prior to Axa, Tayenne spent more than ten years in a variety of management and staff accounting positions.
Leahy joined FRS in 2003 as strategic account manager and has had an immediate positive impact on the business, including the recent FRS FinancialAnalytics success at HBOS. Leahy was a director at LogicaCMG where he was chief executive officer of the joint venture between CMG & Sopra Group, and was also responsible for CMG's global regulatory reporting business including the international sales of regulatory reporting and risk management solutions.
Prior to CMG, Leahy held various positions at Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, and Banque Nationale de Paris.
