actant Management Changes New structure supports strong growth

January 6th 2004. actant announced today a number of senior management changes:

Urs Rutschmann has been appointed CEO of actant. He has joined actant in August 2003 and was previously actant’s head of sales and marketing.
Paren Knadjian has relocated to the United States to take up the position of President of actant N America in order to lead business development for US markets.
Mattias Jansson has been appointed VP of client services, responsible for the delivery of actant services to customers worldwide.

Urs Rutschmann commented, "These moves reflect the development of actant’s business in 2001-03. Our European business has grown very well in recent years, but our US business growth has been spectacular. US option market makers have adopted AQTOR as their preferred quoting solution for the electronic options markets. These management changes will prepare us for further growth and ensure excellent client services for existing and new clients".

In Europe, AQTOR offers market connectivity to Eurex/Xetra and the Euronext markets including Euronext Liffe, Amsterdam and Paris. In the USA, AQTOR offers connectivity to the ISE and the CBOE Exchanges.
