Telekurs Financial cooperates with Soliton in Time Square

Telekurs Financial and Soliton are working together on the Time Square reference data management application.

The Time Square VDF interface is now available for equities instruments and bond instruments will also be available shortly. The Telekurs Valordata feed (VDF) is a highly codified and structured feed providing high quality financial information for static and reference data, corporate actions and valuation pricing on over 1.8 million instruments.

Time Square allows financial institutions to achieve significant reductions in operational costs, minimise overall risk exposure & improve capital deployment and to comply more effectively with regulatory requirements.

Beat Koch, CEO Telekurs (U.K) Ltd. said, “This data model provides financial institutions with complete control over their entire reference data workflow - from acquisition through to distribution - in an automated process. By providing high quality data we can ensure that only consistent, high quality information flows into organisations.”

Carole Mahoney, Director of U.K. Sales at Soliton Inc., said, ”Our customers will now have access to the extraordinary depth of data provided by this feed. By adding Telekurs Valordata to our comprehensive library of Vendor Data Acquisition Workflows, customers will be able to leverage the data and reduce the implementation time, cost and risk involved in manual processing. As well, the feed will be kept up-to-date as new formats or changes are introduced.”
