RANDOM WALK APPOINTS STUART STAKOFF AS SENIOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

New York, February 24, 2003 - Random Walk Computing, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise technology solutions for financial services organizations, today announced the appointment of Stuart Stakoff as Senior Engagement Manager. In this role he will lead client engagements as Random Walk continues to expand its business. He will report to Lloyd Altman, General Manager of Consulting Services for Random Walk.

Mr. Stakoff joins Random Walk from Iris Financial, where he was Development Director, focusing on component-based technology for financial markets organizations. Before joining Iris, Mr. Stakoff was a Vice President at Sanwa Financial, responsible for middle and back office technology. He has also held senior IT positions at Lehman Brothers and First Boston, working on equities and fixed income trading systems.

Stuart brings great breadth and depth of business domain, technology, and software process expertise and will further strengthen our uniquely skilled engagement management team, said Joel Scotkin, CEO and co-founder.
