The ISO 9001:2000 standard, the latest version of the international ISO 9000 series of quality standards, emphasizes customer satisfaction and continual improvement. Through this accomplishment, ADP BPS has joined an elite group of companies who have achieved world class quality within their organization by meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
This certification assures the industry, as well as ADP’s clients and prospects that its products and customer support services meet the highest standards possible, as established by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). BVQI has registered over 30,000 companies worldwide and with its strong commitment to continuous improvement and to adding value to each client’s system promises benefits for its clients and each of their customers.
EuroQuest, a consulting firm in Quality Management and Process Improvement, assisted ADP BPS in this system implementation effort. Dr. Sezer Soylemez, a principal of EuroQuest stated "while we have partnered with many World Class Organizations, ADP is among the top of the class in their meticulous execution of the system in their day-to-day life and I am not surprised that they achieved registration with a perfect score."
