GFT at Google Cloud Next 19 in San Francisco

GFT is delighted to be at Google Cloud Next ‘19 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco from Tuesday April 9 to Thursday April 11. The conference will include GFT demonstrating a brand new solution designed for the insurance market as well as showcasing our capabilities across cloud and microservices, blockchain, machine learning and enhanced data management capabilities amongst others.

Over the course of the event, thousands of technology and business professionals from around the world are expected to attend. At the conference, they will meet like-minded individuals and will hear the latest news and views from Google and their strategic partners. All attendees are welcome to participate in a series of invaluable working sessions designed to stimulate the very latest thinking in everything from cloud migration to machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), plus innovative technologies such as distributed ledger technology (DLT) and blockchain.

GFT Flexible Personalised Insurance (FPI)

Attendees at the conference will be able to see a GFT Flexible Personalised Insurance (FPI) demo that provides more personalised insurance rates tailored to actual driving habits using cloud technology and machine learning engines. GFT Stream

GFT is also delighted to confirm that we will be showcasing GFT Stream at Google Cloud Next 19. The GFT Stream platform marks a radical departure from the received wisdom by empowering organisations to stream and analyse data in real time. In practice, fast-moving data has a short shelf life so it makes sense to use it as it arrives in the organisation. But for many organisations, this approach requires a fresh mind-set and new working methods.

Google’s managed services can help build a strong foundation for GFT’s Stream technology by removing the need for infrastructure management. Google’s Cloud Storage product enables Stream to use a durable blob storage as a backend for not only its source data but the machine learning models it creates.
