Deep Pool is the product of HWM Group’s acquisition of the assets of KOGER, which brings together the two leading providers in the fund administration and transfer agency technology space.
Private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners took a majority stake in HWM Group (then renamed Deep Pool) to facilitate the expansion and our future growth.
