CloudMargin is a cloud-based, end-to-end collateral management workflow tool covering every aspect of the collateral management cycle. This SaaS solution enables users to manage their own collateral programme on highly robust, scalable and award winning technology. This exception based collateral management workflow tool supports the collateralisation of ALL instruments and asset classes for cleared and non-cleared transactions, unlike our competitors.
The sum total of our achievements thus far is the first ever-realistic attempt at the creation of a global collateral hub. One that links all parties in the collateral continuum from clearing houses, through major dealers and large asset managers all the way through to the smallest end-users.
As a result of the progress we have made in 2016 our service can now be delivered to/through CCP’s, to/through clearing brokers and directly to all categories of end users. In addition, we are now selling through some of the largest dealers to their clients, albeit the same constituency of end users ultimately. Not a single other collateral platform can add value to all of those segments along the value chain. By linking all of these ‘links’ in the value chain we are making the whole process of collateral management more efficient, more accessible and cheaper for everyone.
The disruptive nature of our cloud-based solution is the foundation of our success. Through it we have been able to build a community of users (rather than simply a client base) and deliver unprecedented levels of flexibility. Flexibility for our users in how they connect and who they connect to, flexibility in breadth of functionality and how much or how little clients choose to use without any impact on cost, and flexibility to be able to rapidly respond to the demands of the CloudMargin community as they tackle the ever changing regulatory landscape.

-Check collateral eligibility via our partnership with BloomBerg

-Generate extensive internal reporting
-Reconcile portfolios
-Store SSIs, counterparty and collateral agreement information
-Optimize collateral allocations and recalls
-Full trade reporting across multiple trade repositories

All of the above functionality / connectivity is available through our single monthly subscription fee and does not require any further development/implementation.
