TAS Group’s cashless 3.0™ Gains 2.4x performance Increase Running with Oracle Engineered Systems

CASHLESS 3.0 Achieves Oracle Exadata Optimized and Oracle Exalogic Optimized Status.

TAS Group today announced it has earned Oracle Exadata Optimized and Oracle Exalogic Optimized status through Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), demonstrating that cashless 3.0 version has been tested and tuned on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud to deliver speed, scalability and reliability to customers. Working in the financial industry for over 30 years has led TAS Group to deploy mission critical applications that can deliver maximum operational performance and scalability with high resiliency on both hardware and software platforms. This is why the company has increasingly invested in Oracle technology and expertise across all offering lines: card and e-payments, messaging hubs, capital markets and ERP. TAS Group is a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork.

TAS Group’s cashless solution tested on Oracle Exadata and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud reached 1.75x improved throughput in the batch production of card lots compared to baseline, and showed an average of 2.4x faster performance than the baseline in concurrent operations on prepaid cards processing ( TAS Group’s cashless 3.0 tested with 1/8 Rack Oracle Exadata X5-2, ¼ Rack Exalogic 8 nodes)

 Oracle Exadata Optimized and Oracle Exalogic Optimized are part of the Oracle Exastack Optimized program which allows partners, such as TAS Group, to leverage OPN enablement resources and dedicated lab environments to help develop, test and tune their applications on Oracle Exadata Database Machine, Oracle SuperCluster, Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud, Oracle Exalytics In-Memory Machine, Oracle Database Appliance and Oracle Big Data Appliance engineered systems.
