Former IBM Japan Executive Supports Growing Cash Management Requirements
Reval, which provides multinational corporations in Japan with cloud-based technology for managing global cash and risk, has hired former IBM executive Kazuhiko Hayashi to lead its professional services team in the region. The appointment supports Reval’s commitment to the market as companies seek a technology solution to centralise their global operations for better cash visualisation and risk management.
“Mr. Hayashi’s years of experience in the finance industry, IT services and project management will help our clients succeed in their efforts to gain cash visibility and risk management across their growing organisations,” says Kazuo Nagasaki, Japan Country Manager at Reval. “He is also sensitive to the corporate cultures of both Japanese and foreign companies, making him a great asset to our expanding team and the clients we serve. Mr. Hayashi brings over 30 years of experience with deep knowledge in liquidity risk, cash management, cash pooling and payments. He comes to Reval from IBM Japan, where he held various consulting roles. His work also includes various positions at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ) and at Mizuho Corporate Bank.
