Doug Harrell Joins Leadership Team to Grow Relationships with Partner Ecosystem
GT Software, the leader in helping enterprise organizations align their IT infrastructure and information with business strategy, today announced the addition of Doug Harrell to the company’s leadership team. Doug will serve as executive vice president, responsible for top line revenue growth, expanding the partner ecosystem and business development, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership expertise, Doug joins GT Software from Mainline Information Systems where he held leadership positions as the senior vice president of its technology infrastructure business, software and analytics practice, as well as prior positions as the vice president of the mainframe division and the vice president of the southeast region. Doug has an extensive track record of improving gross profits and reducing operational expenses, and enhancing joint sales and marketing activities.

GT Software lists IBM, Red Hat, Oracle, Microsoft and Fujitsu as strategic partners and currently serves as the sole distributor of the Fujitsu NetCOBOL® COBOL compiler outside of Japan.
