Thomson Reuters announced enhancements to its myPay Solutions payroll processing platform. The enhancements include an improved, customizable user interface; greater access to employee information, including the ability to make adjustments to employee records anytime and anywhere; and on-demand, flexible payroll reporting tools.
“I love the new portal interface and upgraded features,” said Amos Def, partner with Amish Outlaws LLC and a myPay Solutions client. “It’s very easy to use and helps streamline the payroll process, making our firm more efficient.”
The new features are based directly on clients’ feedback and help users stay abreast of the rapidly changing payroll landscape. Clients now have access to more payroll reporting tools and can easily export reports to processing applications such as Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
“At myPay Solutions, we are constantly monitoring customer feedback to help improve the user experience. These latest upgrades reflect our continued dedication to our customers, helping them become more productive by automating the payroll process and improving accessibility,” said Jim Paille, director of operations for myPay Solutions with the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters and president-elect of the American Payroll Association. “With our upgraded functionality and look, customers can rely on us to ensure they are meeting the latest payroll compliance standards.”
