GMC recognizes Customer Communication innovation with the Inspire Innovation Awards in Benelux

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and output management revealed at its Inspire Days 2014 Rotterdam, The Netherlands, the recipients of the Inspire Innovation Awards 2014. The awards recognize companies that are using key GMC solutions to innovate on their markets and bring advanced solutions to deliver consistent, compliant communications with streamlined processes. 

Awards winners have been evaluated on their ability to adopt these solutions - Inspire Dynamic Communication, Inspire Interactive and Inspire HybridMail – as strategic components of their offer.

Pondres: Best Inspire Dynamic Communication Application

Pondres is a provider of data-driven multi-channel marketing. Pondres conceive, develop and deploy innovative and fully personalized multi-channel solutions that result in a more efficiency and effectively communication. Together with their clients they create a better experience for their customers across all channels. Pondres is a GMC Competence Center. Pondres serves major companies such as Achmea.

In 2014, Pondres chose Inspire Dynamic Communication to answer the needs of one of the major Dutch Insurance company, which wanted to initiate the switch from paper to digital for pension statements. Pondres was one of the early adopter of the solution worldwide. Because Pondres created digital, interactive and clear access to pension statements, participants were induced to prefer digital information over printed statements.

And among participants the digital option stimulated a larger interest in the individual pension information. 80% of the participants who makes a choice chose the digital solution created by Pondres. Pondres is now setting a new standard on the Dutch market with mobile communications that allow financial services and insurances to initiate a smooth transition to digital communications with great new features for the customers. 

PostNL: Best category Inspire Interactive

PostNL is a leading postal company operating across many countries in Europe. The Billing & Document Solutions support enterprises to streamline their transactional mail processes. PostNL produces two to five billion transactional mails per year.

PostNL, with the support of Canon Netherlands and GMC, built a platform based on GMC Inspire to pick up data, correct data and create document outputs whether they are for print or digital or both in order to communicate with customers the way they prefer. Enterprises have now the ability to create documents and workflows by themselves to speed up time to market. Customer call centers can now also access documents and personalize content. PostNL can serve multiple customers, offering a fast on-boarding. The complete platform is truly empowering PostNL customers to answer business needs and managing customers’ delivery preferences.

Mailstreet: Best category Inspire HybridMail

Mailstreet is a Service Provider based in Deventer, The Netherlands that is highly involved in the digital transformation. Mailstreet has been using GMC Inspire for more than eight years and is now an Inspire HybridMail Innovation partner.

Mailstreet was looking for an innovative to manage desktop, unstructured mail, seeing in it a valuable way to reduce costs but also to offer customized, user-friendly solutions to produce compliant, secured documents. It took Mailstreet 12 months of workshops and preparation to build a platform allowing it to create secured documents in 15 seconds instead of 275 seconds, whether for post or for electronic delivery. Today, the solution is live through four brands, including Sandd and Achmea.

Mailstreet is taking desktop mail a step further making it a part of customer communication by adding value and consistency with a federative solution that user are keen on adopting.
