OptionsCity Software, Inc., a provider of an end-to-end electronic trading platform, announced today that it has signed a service partner agreement with YJT Solutions, a top-tier technology consulting firm, to extend its support team and provide additional support services to OptionsCity’s rapidly growing customer base.

YJT will extend the OptionsCity existing support team, upgrade its ticketing system, scale the current processes, and provide OptionsCity’s customers with additional services. This will help OptionsCity accommodate its growing customer base and need for a larger support team, while continuing to provide quality service.
