IGEFI Group, a world-leading software provider to the investment funds industry, today announced that Keith Hale has joined the company as global head of transfer agency. Oded Weiss, IGEFI’s CEO, stated “In the transfer agency business, our vision is to
extend our market leading position in Luxembourg to other jurisdictions such as Ireland and the UK. Keith’s track record in growing a software business, working with customers, and new business development were the key attributes we were looking for to run this
line of business.”
Prior to IGEFI, Mr. Hale spent 12 years at Netik. He was head of professional services, then spent three years establishing their US presence based out of New York City, and for the last six years has been responsible for the European, Middle Eastern and African
countries working with many asset servicing, fund administrators and asset management firms around the world.
“The transfer agency market is facing numerous challenges such as increased regulation, globalization, as well as the constant pressure on operational efficiency,” Mr. Hale noted. “IGEFI and MultiFonds Transfer Agent are well placed to help address those issues. Mr. Hale, has a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Masters degree in Information Systems from the University of Liverpool.
