"7city Learning has a unique value proposition, given its sole focus on and deep expertise in financial services - a strong and essential platform for our growth," says Mr. Johnson. "I'm excited to be a part of this opportunity and to lend my experience in education and consulting to help further 7city's success in North America."

As General Manager, Mr. Johnson is responsible for business development, sales and marketing. Part of Mr. Johnson's vision for 2010 will be to further develop client relationships and to closely align 7city's education and training services with the needs of the evolving financial services industry.

While there, he launched and developed a new learning organization within the global consulting firm, where he designed and managed a curriculum to help consultants deliver high impact solutions to address their client needs.
Prior to that, Mr. Johnson was Director of Executive Programs at Wharton Executive Education, part of the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Johnson's experience in education and strategic business development includes senior management roles at Learning Designs, Ltd. and Meta Software Corporation. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University.

"We're thrilled to have Ken on board. His ideas and experience will add great value to our organization as we continue our rapid expansion in the US," notes Gil Christie, CEO of 7city Learning in the US. "As the financial services industry undergoes significant change, we are partnering closely with our clients to help them prepare for new developments through robust learning and development programs. With Ken on board, we will be looking to increase our dialogue with clients as part of our dedication to our client firms, students and alumni, across all aspects of the financial services industry."
