Zanders, the Netherlands headquartered treasury consulting company announces the formation of its London based subsidiary, Zanders UK LLP.
Zanders UK will consult in the areas of Corporate Treasury and Banking Advisory Services. For Corporate Treasury it will cover the broad areas of cash management, treasury systems selection and implementation, bank evaluation, treasury organization and control, and risk management. For banks the focus will be in the cash and transactional banking business working on product and market strategy and tactics, performance review and evaluation, customized in-house training and market research.
Zanders UK will absorb the London business of David Kelin Associates Ltd (DKA) and David Kelin will become a Partner of the UK company. Mark Taylor, recently the CEO of GTNews, will join Zanders UK also as a Partner.
According to Sander van Tol, partner and heading the European advisory services of Zanders: "Zanders is the leading treasury consultancy in Europe, so it seems most appropriate that we should now open an office in London. We have worked for three years with DKA in London and we are delighted to formalize the relationship and take it to the next level with this new venture."

David Kelin founded DKA in 2003 and is its principle consultant. DKA specializes in bank evaluation, systems selection and market research. Before that he had a number of key positions in the transactional banking business of a number of international banks, and ran a Treasury Management System company.
Mark Taylor was the COO of a financial technology company in Canada before he joined GTNews as CEO. Prior to that he was an Executive Vice President for Bank of America in San Francisco.
