Kalahari, a global provider of real-time analytic solutions and strategic consulting services to financial and energy trading institutions, in over 15 countries, today announces the appointment of Kevin McCabe as Sales Support Consultant for the Americas region.
Based in New York, McCabe’s primary role will be to provide Kalahari’s customers with on-site and telephone technical support. In addition, McCabe will help develop business and account plans for each of Kalahari’s customers and prospects in the Americas region. He will maintain and establish senior level relationships within the financial trading firms to represent Kalahari’s core capabilities of real-time pricing and analytical solutions combined with sales support services. He reports directly to Kalahari’s Americas director, Edward Maher.
McCabe joins Kalahari with more than 15 years of financial services experience in all facets of commodity based lending, structured finance and syndicated loans. His knowledge of financial firms together with his track record in technology is considered a major asset for Kalahari. Prior to joining Kalahari, McCabe was Senior Business Consultant – market and client adoption for an innovative internet-based FX trading service. In this role, he was responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of principal products within the company’s North American and European client base. Other roles include: Assistant Vice President, Sumitomo Bank, New York; Associate, BNP Paribas; Vice President, Business Development and Marketing for GMS Technologies Inc.; Vice President, Client Relationship Management for Intralinks Inc.

Kevin graduated from Purchase College, Purchase, New York with a Bachelor of Arts- Economics.
