VILNIUS, June 2006/Forbis Ltd. - In the beginning of April 2006 the “Forbis” Company and Joined-Stock Company “ELSIS verslo sprendimai” (business solutions) have started a conjoined project called “Integration of the BIS FORPOST with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) “Siebel” System.
In the course of the meeting the representatives of the “Forbis” and “ELSIS verslo sprendimai” companies got acquainted in more detail with the operation of the BIS FORPOST and CRM “Siebel” system. The specialists of both companies discussed technical requirements and the possibilities of the solutions integration.
A general goal of the project – a successful integration of “Siebel” CRM and the FORPOST banking information system after performing the entire analysis of the systems and taking into consideration all the requirements of the customers. The results of the co-operative work:
• To derive potential benefit for the customers from the integration of the FORPOST and Siebel systems;
• To increase the value of the FORPOST system after the integration with the Siebel system;
• To increase the value of the Siebel system after the integration with the FORPOST system.
The “Siebel” CRM system is famous for its unique features – performance of specific functions, characteristic only to financial industry (e.g., credit granting, evaluation of the contract conditions, evaluation of the customer’s reliability, requirements analysis, confirmation of documents and other specific functions).
The knowledge of the “Forbis” and the “ELSIS verslo sprendimai” companies will allow finding efficient solutions for satisfying of the most complex customers’ requirements. Both companies’ experience gained in the international projects and the worldwide practice of “Siebel” utilization will propose new more efficient kinds of activities, thus encouraging the development of the financial market companies.
Co-operation of the two independent and equal in rights partners is a new step towards creation of complex and integral information systems and satisfying of the customers’ unique requirements.
