Minerva Say "Monarch is a Must Have" - Intelligent Output Solutions' Case Study Available Now

Intelligent Output Solutions are pleased to present a case study detailing how one client, Minerva in Athens, Greece, have gained benefits and streamlined processes using Monarch, the world's most popular data mining and business intelligence tool.

(PRWEB) May 25, 2006 -- Minerva is the oldest olive oil production company in Greece, having established its business over one hundred years ago, originally as an olive oil trading company.

Minerva now stand as the largest exporters of brand-name olive oil in Greece. Its products are sold through large distribution networks in many countries around the world, offering consumers the opportunity to get to know the authentic taste of Greek olive oil and the quality of Greek products.

To support its vision and growth, Minerva have benefited hugely from using information technology systems. In 1998 Monarch was introduced to Minerva in order to extract information from its MFG/Pro ERP system, converting output and printed data into flexible spreadsheets and report files.

Users were keen to make use of Monarch since they were able to work by themselves without any advanced IT skills or waiting for resources from the IT department.

"As Distributors for Monarch in Greece and Cyprus, it's been a pleasure working with Minerva to provide them with the latest upgrades and updates to their existing licences," said Stewart Rogers, Director at Intelligent Output Solutions. "The case study we have developed with Minerva's assistance further outlines how clients feel about Monarch – it's a great product that helps people save a lot of time and pain when dealing with reports, information and performance indicators," Rogers concludes.

Glen Rigby, Project Manager at Minerva, encapsulates that feeling. "Monarch is one of those applications I cannot imagine now working without. It is a must-have in my toolbox along with Microsoft Word and Excel," he says.

"Since these Monarch models were developed, the supporting IT resources required have been significantly reduced and daily business runs more smoothly," adds Stamatis Vlachos, IT Manager at Minerva.
