New London, NH (May 4, 2006) - Intelligent Banking Solutions completed implementation of its CARM-Pro collections system for Edgewater Bank, a $200 million asset community bank based in St. Joseph, Michigan.
CARM-Pro is a PC-based, host-interactive system designed to streamline the complex delinquency collection and management process, while allowing bank management to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and procedures relative to the collections and recovery process.
IBS senior vice president Charlie Bowden said the implementation was a milestone for IBS and its business relationship with Banking Information Systems, formerly Bisys which was acquired by Open Solutions Inc.
earlier this year. "The implementation at Edgewater Bank marked the 50th financial institution to license the IBS collections system since our two companies sealed their partnership in 1998," Bowden said.
Currently, IBS has more than 1,400 individually licensed users of its Collections Management System and Asset Recovery Manager, and its new CARM-Pro system, at about 330 institutions in 46 states and the District of Columbia.
