Sterci, the Geneva based software provider of STP solutions, today announced that BNP Paribas Riyadh had selected Stelink financial messaging solution for SARIE connectivity.
BNP Paribas Riyadh is in the process to start operating in the Kingdom. Already present in 5 locations in Middle-East (Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Doha, Kuwait), BNP Paribas is increasing its presence in the region with its new site in Riyadh.
Stelink will be integrated with the BNP Paribas Riyadh core banking system to process payment over SARIE (Saudi Arabian Local EFT).
Mr. Jerome Gaubicher Head of the Middle-East Regional IT Department at BNP Paribas says: "We selected Stelink for its capabilities to connect to SARIE and to provide local support. Additionally Stelink will convert our payment messages in SWIFT format into the SARIE proprietary format. This very useful function will allow us to implement quickly an automatic connection to SARIE sparing us from a more time consuming specific development".
Etienne Savatier, director marketing and international sales at Sterci says: "We are happy to be partner with BNP Paribas Riyadh starting activities. This new project reinforce our leadership position in financial messaging solutions in the Middle-East. Our local partner EJADA will help us for the implementation project and the on-going support"
Sterci STP solutions will be presented at Sibos Copenhagen Sept 5-9 stand #B116.
