Syntel Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2005--The Board of Directors of Syntel (NASDAQ: SYNT - News) declared a regular dividend on February 21, 2005 of six cents ($0.06) per share, on Syntel's common stock, payable on April 14, 2005 to holders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2005.
