Applisoft signs var agreement with Panopticon

Stockholm, Sweden, July 19, 2004 - Panopticon, the supplier of real-time visualisation tools, today announced a partnership with the German consultancy Applisoft AG. Applisoft will actively market and sell Panopticon’s heat mapping solutions to financial institutions in the German market.

Applisoft will use Panopticon’s proven heat mapping technologies to extend their existing solutions and services portfolio. The resulting solution will be an interactive analytic application platform that turns Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing infrastructure into a valuable data source, and transforms customer data into an interactive decision-making asset.

"Identifying the business opportunities for working with Panopticon as a channel partner was very easy for us," said Hartmut von Schwiderski, CEO of Applisoft. "Panopticon has a solid presence as a visualization front end in our primary market - large financial institutions - and we have a strong systems integration position in the area of data warehousing. Together, Panopticon and Applisoft have the perfect combination of aligned vision and complementary expertise to grow business for each other."

VAR partners use the highly configurable Panopticon Enterprise Web Solution or SDK to quickly transform their business process and industry expertise into unique solutions that delivers an intuitive “big-picture” overview with the ability to easily navigate huge amounts of complex data in real-time.

"Applisoft is a well known German consultancy, recognized throughout the financial industry as a leader in implementing complex data warehousing solutions, and they are an ideal partner to help us extend availability of Panopticon solutions in Germany," said Willem De Geer, CEO of Panopticon.
