eiStream Identitech Products Recognized by KM World’s "100 Companies That Matter"
DALLAS (March 31, 2004) – eiStream, Inc., a leading provider of Business Process Management solutions to more than 5,000 customer sites in 134 countries, today said it has posted a three-year gain in compounded revenues of more than 43 percent, making it one of the fastest growing companies in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. At the same time, eiStream announced that its recently acquired subsidiary, eiStream Identitech, had been listed in KMWorld Magazine’s “100 Companies that Matter" for the second year in a row.
The consistent growth is credited to the company’s focus on innovative software and unsurpassed customer support. Revenue growth in 2003 represented the third consecutive year of double-digit growth, eiStream reported, and the outlook for 2004 continues this trend.

Oldham also credited eiStream’s acquisition strategy with the company’s revenue growth. The recent eiStream acquisitions of Identitech, Inc. and Lexign, Inc. and the integration of their products is an excellent example of combining complimentary technology and services, he said. eiStream’s acquisition strategy has resulted in an unsurpassed product suite of BPM products and applications, he said.

eiStream sales continue strong
Highlighting eiStream’s growth are several significant recent software sales and solution expansions for customers around the world during the first quarter. Some of these successes include:
- A $1 million software and services contract with one of the largest insurers in the Netherlands.
- A $750,000 software and services contract with a leading U.S. credit card payment processor for online management of charge-backs and retrieval requests.
- Four contracts with a combined value of more than $1 million in the Greater Asia Region for software and services for two of the largest regional banks and two major insurance carriers serving Asia.
- A $500,000 software and services agreement with one of the largest banking and financial services companies in Europe.

The eiStream Global Customer Conference and Beyond
To maintain its customer focus, eiStream schedules an annual event designed to keep customers up-to-date on topics related to imaging, workflow and business process management including return on investment, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance and performance scalability. The 2004 Global Customer Conference is set for April 19-21, 2004 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev.
