HedgeGuard is searching for an experienced client support specialist to lead our support team in Paris. The right candidate will have a strong experience in client support and in Asset Management whilst excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills are essential. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing FinTech company and lead one of our dynamic teams.

HedgeGuard is a service and software provider for the financial industry, headquartered in Paris with offices in London & Beirut. HedgeGuard offers a suite of solutions for asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices which include front office portfolio management, order and execution management, risk reporting and attribution/performance reporting. These services are offered with real-time support which is integrated into HedgeGuard’s software solutions.

Job responsibilities:
• Proactively resolve day-to-day client queries
• Assist the project team for the implementation of new client on-boarding
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the client experience
• Aim to increase client satisfaction

Job requirements:
• 5-7 years prior experience in the Financial sector, ideally in a financial software company
• 3-4 years prior role experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience interacting with clients on-site & off-site
• Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables and improve processes
• Excellent time and task management abilities
• Strong commitment to quality control and high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work on teams
• Business-level English verbal and written communication skills
