KOGER Launches Its Private Equity Administration Solution – PENTAS

Koger Inc., an established global provider of software solutions to the financial services industry, is pleased to announce the launch of its latest development for the Private Equity industry, PENTAS.
PENTAS has been developed by the user for the user and aims to significantly improve the efficiency of the processes involved in the administration of Private Equity Funds. The focus of the system is the automation and integration of processes required to efficiently and accurately administer funds, and at the same time meeting the ever-increasing and diversified reporting needs of all interested parties.
PENTAS offers users the unique combination of a robust, efficient and comprehensive system which has been built using business logic thus making it very simple to use.
PENTAS integrates fund administration functionality with the financial and portfolio accounting functionalities of IKAS, Koger’s accounting system, allowing transactions to be recorded through the system in one automated flow. This integration of functions provides greater quality of information and reduces risk of user error.

PENTAS has been designed to continuously evolve with the needs of users and the industry and its integration with E*TAS, Koger’s web front-end system, enables business information flows to be managed via the web.
The system also has extensive document management functionality, as well as extremely robust reporting features. PENTAS will be available as a server-based solution with a web-based version scheduled to be released by year-end.
