Peach announce new project management methodology

London - 6 June 2007

The CEO of Peach, a compliance, risk and change management company in the UK, today announced the release of this unique methodology. The methodology is based on the Author’s 34 year-experience and know-how that have helped blue chip companies and government agencies to save or increase revenue by an estimated 250-300 million US dollars.

Did you know that poor project management and results’ delivery failure could bring your company’s value down (by the auditor qualifying the accounts) and also create a breach in compliance mandate rules? Peach helps companies avoid this damage. For example, at Lombard - PrMS – Project/Programme Management Structure helped to save over £10 millions per annum. PrMS is unique because unlike other methods, i.e. Prince 2, PrMS requires personal and corporate accountability from individuals and company departments to deliver specific products and services according to integrated timetables, work breakdown structure (WBS), cost breakdown structure (CBW), and personnel breakdown structure (PBS). It uniquely incorporates a PID – project initiation & implementation document together with CTR – Cost, Time & Resource analysis & reporting, which involves quality assurance and earned/added value parameters and figures. PrMS comes in 13 modular ‘bricks’, which may be likened to standard Lego-like modular elements, of which any may be applied to help companies as appropriate. Like all other Peach methodologies, no special software is involved; it’s all based on Microsoft Office applications.
