4 July 2007
ITESOFT releases new version of its dedicated supplier invoice processing suite, now including webflow support
ITESOFT, the major European player and French leader in the market for document capture and automatic information flow processing, has launched Balance for mySAP™ Business Suite v2.0. It is the latest release of the company’s product to automate the processing of supplier invoices in SAP® environments.
Balance for mySAP™ Business Suite v2.0 is a certified SAP® add-on and complements the best-in-class-solution for supplier invoice processing, ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices. The solution automates all processing steps, including capture, data extraction, validation, invoice clearing and posting to Accounts Payable.
As a SAP® add-on, Balance for mySAP™ Business Suite v2.0 offers automated as well as interactive matching features for MM invoices, and standardized dispute management workflows for main issues resolution (price and quantity issues, missing goods receipt). For FI invoices the new release offers webflow scenarios, i.e. validation accessible from any web browser. All the functions are available for paper invoices as well as for electronic flows.
With this new release users benefit from full web access to the invoice validation process and seamless integration into the SAP® environment, which leverages standard SAP® transactions and SAP® data formats. Comprehensive statistics and traceability features support monitoring and administration tasks.
“After the reception of the “Powered by SAPNetweaver” certification, this new product release is another important step for our SAP® customers.” said Philippe Lijour, ITESOFT CEO. “We now offer a user friendly tool for invoice validation which is built on a class-leading technology layer. On top of excellent automation rates and increased productivity, SAP® users will benefit from greater accessibility and deeper integration.”
