Reuters data and datafeeds can now be integrated into Eze’s global, multi-asset class order management system (OMS) and product suite using Reuters Market Data System (RMDS). This will enable mutual clients to view real-time P/L and cash balances, perform position and portfolio modeling, and calculate order valuation and impact using data from the Reuters feed.
Eze integrates RMDS through the Reuters Foundation Application Partner Interface (API). Using the RMDS open data platform, mutual clients can also access information for multiple asset classes including global and domestic equities, fixed income, foreign exchange and money markets directly from the Eze OMS.
“Reuters is an industry leader in providing global market data feeds for multiple asset classes. Now, joint clients can benefit from the integration and access real-time data alongside their working orders and positions within the product suite,” says Jeff Shoreman, COO of Eze Castle Software. “It is a great example of our commitment to create partnerships and integration options that will directly benefit our clients and improve their operations.”
"The Reuters Application Partner program shows our commitment to the large group of partners who can provide the financial community with a choice of innovative applications built on the best information and software platform available to the financial markets,” said Michael Parlapiano, EVP Global Head of Information Management Solutions, Reuters. “Today’s announcement demonstrates how wide-open the Reuters platform is, as we continue to expand the value of our client’s investment in their Reuters infrastructure. Together our offering is a compelling solution for a broad range of buy-side clients and builds upon our existing trading relationship.”
