Touchstone is our payments solution for the customer portal and is a flagship product that allows the bank to control the input of a user at branch, corporate or retail level to ensure increased rates of STP, higher levels of customer service and minimization of manual input. Essentially, Touchstone allows web based initiation of payment instructions – whether by full or partial details and searches – and then mines the integrated reference data to validate the transaction and provide the routing information discreetly in the background.
