Senior Support Engineer - Ultra Messaging - London
We are looking for a very strong technical expert with outstanding customer-facing skills to join our highly-skilled and highly-successful team in London as a Senior Support Engineer.
With responsibility for providing technical implementation support to Ultra Messaging customers across EMEA, this position will offer the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading financial institutions on their mission critical systems.
As well as customers, the role works closely with internal parties including sales, pre-sales, professional services, product management and engineering, on any issue with Ultra Messaging products. The role could involve time on customer sites, working with highly technical programmers and engineering managers.
We are looking for a software engineer (C, Java or .NET) with experience of multi-threading and IP networking protocols. Messaging experience would be a huge advantage. Previous experience in a support role is not essential, so long as you have a service-minded approach and a flair for problem solving.
