Our client are a hugely successful fast growing international FinTech company that provides an industry leading software platform to Investment Banks and Asset Managers to effectively manage and streamline data for trading transactions.

They currently have an opening for a Senior Sales Manager to generate new business opportunity by building relationships up to C-level across key targeted accounts across the UK and also have opportunity across the wider EMEA. In return you will experience:

-Support from Inside Sales, Pre-Sales and Senior Management throughout the sales process

-Sales cycles 3/12 months – 3/5 deals per year - 200k up to 3mil+ per deal in licence revenue

-Consultative and strategic management of the entire sales process
-Organizing and running presentations/workshops, contribution to RFI/P and tender process
-Solution demos/pilots, commercial proposals and presentations.
-Working throughout prospective client organization to understand the organization, the players, decisions makers, build high level relationships, clearly understand business and technical requirements and prescribe commensurate messaging and value proposition.
-Ability to clearly articulate advantages to best position the Solution as a strategic partner and ultimately close business.
-Work through objections, pricing and contract issues to close deals

-Must have thorough understanding and application of strategic selling, solution selling and demonstrated success against quota.
-Must have knowledge and experience selling complex solutions or large consulting projects to the financial services industry.
-Significant experience in creating and developing relationships at ‘C-Suite’ level and key decision makers.
-Solid sales performance track record i.e. achieving /exceeding sales targets.
