Marketing Manager - EMEA (London)

In marketing and communications at SS&C, you’ll be part of a highly-supportive team, working independently to develop local strategies, and with international counterparts to develop/utilize global strategies - with access to centralised expertise (design, PR, marketing technology etc,). You will be our EMEA expert, connecting with multiple business areas and levels of management, orchestrating communication strategy, and driving the business forward.
This position is responsible for understanding the market, competitor landscape, sales and customer challenges faced within EMEA and then planning, developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation. The Field Marketing Manager will adapt and utilize strategies developed in other regions, and ensure EMEA-generated strategies are shared with the global team as appropriate. The Manager will report ROI for all strategies.
-Work with local stakeholders – sales, business directors, account management – to identify sales and business goals and marketing strategies to support and drive the business.
-Partner with EMEA subject matter experts to create and update product collateral and develop relevant and topical whitepapers, articles, blog posts etc. for print and online use.
-Organize and manage SS&C participation at industry tradeshows, SS&C hosted events and webinars.
-Work with centralized marketing teams including lead generation, PR, design, web and brand to meeting EMEA marketing goals, and ensure compliance with global marketing standards.
-Engage in an active feedback loop with the Head of International Field Marketing and other marketing team members to represent the interests of the EMEA market, and report on ROI of all strategies.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree and work-related experience
-Experience working for a fintech company (preferable), or in asset management/finance.
-Ability to work independently, use initiative and solve problems
-Excellent verbal and written reasoning skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
