We are actually looking for a qualified BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES MANAGER based in Germany (ideally in Frankfurt)

The figure will be responsible to plan and develop aims and programs of commercial penetration in the foreign countries of his own competence which are DACH Countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
The level of responsibility may vary according to the candidate’s experience.

As a Business Development/Sales Manager, thanks to your experience in business development and sales leads, you will have to:
 Follow our actual contacts/leads in DACH Countries.
 Expand and build up business through gaining new customers and partners in DACH countries (Assess, Identify, qualify and position new business opportunities)
 Develop and maintain relationships with partners and monitor partner implementations
 Generate New Business leads
 Establish new Partnerships, agreements
 Negotiate Contract and Sell Auriga’s products/solutions
The Business Development/Sales Manager will have to build partnerships across the DACH countries market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

Skills and Qualification
The ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
 Consultative selling skills, sales proposal and negotiating skills
 Strong analytical skills and clarity (seeking clear objective and keep maintaining objectives constantly in mind)
 Good business sense and Visionary, able to identify business opportunities.
 Language Skills :
 German Native Speaker
 Fluent in English
 Knowledge of Italian Language would be a plus
 Personal Skills : ability to work independently, in full autonomy, Initiative, dynamism, relational and communicative skills, strong self-motivational skills, propensity to accept challenges and positive attitude
 Skill full selling technique: the candidate is technically experienced with strong knowledge in IT Banking and past experience in SW House selling to banks.
