The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (BNY Mellon) announced a new partnership as it continues to execute its digital strategy to better serve clients' increasingly complex needs. In collaboration with EZOPS, BNY Mellon has launched an artificial intelligence-based reconciliation and data control solution aimed at better serving its clients’ complex data needs. It has already implemented the solution in its Alternative Investment Services business and the firm is expanding the capabilities across other lines of business. Clients will be able to access the new capabilities through its portal once development is complete. These new capabilities will increase automation, provide insights and offer self-service capabilities as part of our broader digital strategy to enhance clients’ experience.
