NBAD Egypt goes live with CR2’s BankWorld Internet

CR2 is delighted to announce that National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) Egypt, will be launching their next generation of internet banking powered by CR2’s BankWorld Internet platform as of 12 March 2017. This, coupled with the bank’s soon-to-be-released Mobile App also provided by CR2, make clear NBAD Egypt’s dedication to providing an omnichannel experience for their customers.

By employing BankWorld’s Internet and Mobile App solutions, NBAD customers will now be able to avail of an impressive personalised customer experience delivered by a true omnichannel provider. Consistency across channels coupled with the revenue generation and cost saving possibilities evident within an omnichannel solution such as CR2’s, provide a modern customer experience and mutually beneficial scenario for both NBAD Egypt and their valued customers.
