NGDATA and Zementis Partner to Bolster Real-time Predictive Analytics to Improve Customer Experience

NGDATA™, the customer experience management solutions company, today announced a partnership with Zementis that will deliver real-time execution of predictive analytical models to help organizations improve the customer experience for their end users. Including technology from Zementis, banks, telcos and media/publishing companies using Lily Enterprise will now be able to operationalize the insights from their existing predictive models in real time, giving these organizations the most accurate, atomic-level view of their customers.

Currently, most organizations running predictive analytical models are struggling to convert the insight into actions that create significant impact on the business. Lily Enterprise, through its machine learning techniques, delivers the complete, atomic-level customer view that allows organizations to better understand and better service their customers. As a result of the partnership with Zementis, customers can now add existing insights from their own predictive models to that view in real time.
