Mr. McConney brings over 30 years of experience within the financial and technology sectors, both internationally and domestically. One of his initiatives will be to infuse Temenos’ existing structure in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean with additional account management methods, balancing between a focus on market development and an emphasis on client relationships. His leadership will guide Temenos’ team in the region as the company continues to invest in its resources and products in the United States and North America as a whole.
Mr. McConney began his career with CIBC, followed by CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, granting him insight into the way financial institutions think and function. After leading Cayman National Bank as President, he moved into the technology sector where he served in key roles with Harland Financial Solutions which later was acquired by D+H. Mr. McConney continued with D+H for several years, leading the company’s credit union core business sales as well as its client-facing operations, and later its enterprise solutions business, until making the transition to Temenos.

I’m excited to be joining their team and become a part of that movement. Temenos has already built great momentum in the region this year, and I’m eager to contribute and help propel the company forward during this momentous time.”
