Sinclair Voicenet, the UK’s longest established specialist provider of multimedia interaction recording, quality management, interaction analytics, customer feedback and workforce management solutions, has appointed Christopher Ayton as Applications Consultant. In this new role he will consult with customers in a wide range of market sectors including local government, public safety and enterprise contact centres, to help them extract maximum value from their installed solutions. He will also provide pre-sales support for system upgrades and new installations.
Christopher Ayton has over 16 years’ experience of the industry and joins direct from NICE Systems where, as Senior Trainer and Consultant, he gained extensive expertise in the delivery of process improvement and the adoption of new applications to maximise business impact. Prior to this, he was a Technical Support Engineer at Dictaphone where he project managed the installation of call recording systems, provided technical support to internal engineers and delivered training programmes to business partners.
