Comarch signed a contract with the KRUK Group, the market leader in Central Europe in receivables management, to implement and maintain the Field Service Management solution which intelligently automates distributing tasks between the the Group’s field staff.
The Field Service Management platform supports the central management of field tasks and proves its worth wherever work coordination of distributed staff is crucial to the efficiency of doing business. The system creates calendars of employee daily schedules and availability, assigns the right tasks to the right people, allows to visualize the current location of human and technical resources remaining outside the company.
Employees covered by the system have access to it via a mobile application allowing them to view and update details of their tasks in real time. Piotr Maciejewski, Key Account Manager in Comarch’s Financial Services sector emphasizes that thanks to the Field Service Management the employee can start their day from their current location - without having to travel to the office - while the coordinator is able to instantaneously respond to random events such as customer’s absence in a fixed place and time.
‘We are confident that using our solution KRUK will achieve the goal they had set for themselves: a spike in productivity in terms of field work coupled with the unchanged, high quality level of customer service. Due to the optimal scheduling, the Field Service Management system is able to arrange the work plan in such a way that it is executed only by those who are best qualified to do so and remain at the shortest distance to a given notification’, says Simon Uczciwek, Consulting Director at Comarch Technologies.
‘It is our expectation that by implementing the Field Service Management platform we will be able to better schedule meetings with our customers in the field. This is an important aspect for our field advisors. In addition, our customers really appreciate personal meetings allowing them to set up favorable conditions for the repayment of their debt in installments tailored to their financial capacity’ - explains Justyna Sznober-PolaÅska of the KRUK Group.
‘Signing this contract bears a special importance for us because we will be working for a key player in the area of ââdebt recovery and trading. This is another success of our team - thanks to the very same system we have earlier raised the efficiency of operating divisions and the quality of customer service at the Warta insurance company’ - concludes PrzemysÅaw DrzymaÅa, Sales Director in Comarch’s Financial Services sector.
The KRUK Group manages receivables of banks, loan brokers, insurers, leasing companies, landline and mobile telecommunications operators, cable TV operators, digital TV operators, and companies from the FMCG sector. The Group operates on the Polish, Romanian, Czech, Slovak and German market. Its strategic goal for the years 2015-2019 is to become one of the three largest European companies in its industry in terms of net profit.
