Management Change at Ullink

Ullink, a leading provider of electronic trading and connectivity solutions to the financial community, announces that Laurent Useldinger is stepping down as CEO of the company. Laurent is leaving to pursue new entrepreneurial opportunities after taking some time off with his family.

The company thanks Laurent for his important role in the success of the business as it grew from a start-up to present revenues of over $130 million. Laurent remains a major shareholder in the company.

Ullink is pleased to announce the addition of Bertrand Sciard to the Ullink management team. Bertrand joins the company in the role of interim CEO to guide the next stage of Ullink’s high growth trajectory.

In 2014 Ullink doubled its revenues, customers and people through organic growth and two acquisitions. Bertrand will work with the Ullink management team to further develop the company as it enters the next major phase of its growth.

wealth of experience in the organisation and management needed to support high growth software companies.”

Bertrand has held a number of software CEO positions that have included major mergers and acquisitions, growth restructuring, and international expansion. He is a French citizen who has worked in both North America and Europe managing global businesses.
