These new applications will be presented on Ingenico Group’s booth at the National Retail Federation (NRF) annual convention, held in New York City on January 11th-13th.

Welcome will provide the Telium Tetra Marketplace with two business applications for merchants : At Store for loyalty services and Heoh for donation services. This can create a new consumer experience with capabilities such as frictionless enrolment allowing customers to enroll in the merchant’s loyalty program, without the need for filling out lengthy application forms. The Payment Card becomes the loyalty identifier for the customer, removing the need to issue dedicated loyalty cards, which customers tend to forget! These applications offer merchants a set of features combining CRM, communication capabilities, campaign management, real-time earn and burn capabilities, KPIs follow-up at POS. With At Store, merchants increase in-store spending and repeat visits in their store.
