Company Expands Customer Base by 25% Driven by Increased Adoption from the Global 2000 Across All Major Industries
Highlights of Aternity’s 2014 achievements are summarized below under four key areas:
- Sales Growth – The company achieved 40 percent growth in sales YOY driven by a record number of enterprise-wide deals across all major industries including financial services, healthcare, energy, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, and legal. Approximately 60 percent of the company’s new license sales came as a result of new customer adoption, representing a 25 percent increase in the customer base. A 250 percent increase in sales to existing customers was also realized, representing about 40 percent of new license sales.
- Customer Satisfaction – Customer satisfaction continues to be the top priority of the company, and in 2014 Aternity achieved a 95 percent renewal rate from existing accounts.
- Partner Expansion – Aternity forged new strategic partnerships with market-leading Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) vendors, including Citrix, Good Technology and MobileIron to address enterprise demand for ensuring the productivity of their mobile workforce. Collaboration with partners like Unisys Corporation, Wipro Ltd, HCL Technologies, CSC, Zensar Technologies, and Capita plc, addressed strategic enterprise IT initiatives focused on cloud, virtualization, data center upgrade, outsourcing, and enterprise mobility.
- Industry Recognition – Aternity earned recognition by the American Business Awards, including a Gold Stevie Award and the People’s Choice Award, along with a number of accolades for product innovation focused on enterprise mobility.
